I have two flavour options depending on my mood!

If I’m feeling like spicing it up I go with my fajita spice coating.

Or if I’m in a chilled out mood I go with a smokey paprika coating.

Both are tempting, both are delicious!

Sweet Potato FriesAll you need is:

2 medium sweet potatoes, chopped into chip like shapes

If you’re feeling spicy:

2 tablespoons oil

2 tablespoons fajita seasoning

Or for a chilled out chip:

2 tablespoons oil

2 tablespoons paprika.

1. Preheat oven to 220C

2. Put the chopped up sweet potato into a bowl and throw in your chosen coating.

3. Give it a good stir to make sure every chip is slathered in flavour.

4. Toss out the chips onto a baking tray and evenly spread them out. Make sure no chips are overlapping.

Fries on a baking tray Fries 5. Pop them into the oven for 20-30 minutes depending on how thick you cut your fries. (I cut these around a cm thick and they took 20 minutes to cook).Cooked Fries 6. Once the fries are cooked through turn off the oven and leave the fries in there for another 10 minutes to crispen up.Cooked Fries The edges of the fries may char a little. Take the fries out if you don’t like the charred edges, but trust me you’ll get a crisper chip leaving them in!Cooked Fries Take out the fries and get stuck in!Sweet Potato Fries So time to decide…
