Crayfish and Avocado Salad
The title of this post pretty much gives away the ingredients of this salad!
But don’t be fooled by how simple this salad sounds for sometimes less is more…..
With only a handful of ingredients this salad takes a few minutes to prepare and a moment of bliss to devour!
Take some fresh green leaves and toss in your salad bowl.
Throw over your crayfish.
Slice up half an avocado and place it amongst the leaves.
Mix up the dressing, 2 parts extra virgin olive oil to 1 part balsamic vinegar and drizzle over to your hearts content. Although go steady as I don’t think you need a great deal of dressing on this salad so start with a small drizzle initially.
Finish with a squirt of lemon juice and sit back and indulge in your delicious bowl of Crayfish and Avocado Salad.
Such a quick dish with such few ingredients, but it doesn’t disappoint in the taste department.
Quality over quantity couldn’t be more true.
