Melt approx 150g of chocolate of your choice in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water. The amount of chocolate needed may vary depending on the size of the bananas and how thickly you want them coated!
I have used 100g of milk chocolate for 2 of the bananas and 50g of white for the remaining 1.
Leave the chocolate to cool for a minute or two.
Spread the melted chocolate over each individual banana piece.
Then there were 7! Oops!
These are best eaten straight away!
