There’s no delay with this boat trip!Banoffee Banana Split The boat of banana sits in a sea of salted caramel sauce carrying a delicious cargo of banoffee ice cream topped with flake all powered by a luxurious wafer!Banoffee Banana SplitTo make this beauty you will need:

2 scoops of Banoffee Ice Cream

1 Banana

Salted Caramel Sauce

1 Flake

1 wafer

Banoffee Banana Split

 

1. Start by making the Banoffee Ice Cream:

Simply follow the method for my Cheats Mint Choc Chip Ice Cream, omitting the dark chocolate and substituting the peppermint essence for caramel fudge chunks, as many as you desire!

2. Then slice 1 banana lengthways to create the sides of the boat.

3. Scoop the Banoffee Ice Cream on top.

4. Then drizzle with salted caramel sauce and shower with crumbled up flake.

5. Top with a wafer sail!
